Existing Site Upgrades and Maintenance
TwoRebels Designs can update and maintain your existing web site whether your site is hosted on our server or elsewhere. If you can provide us with your login credentials to your hosting account, we can get your updates done for you.
Changing out a logo or modifying the basic layout or color styles can be benificial as well as updating existing content. If your site is getting a bit dated, but you don't really want a whole new site, we can help!
Graphics work
Creating logos, bullets, background-images etc. are part of developing a custom web site. If you don't already have some or all of these graphics, we'll take care of it as we put together your site.
We can also design your graphics for other projects. All graphics products are provided as flattened .jpeg as well as the original photoshop files that can be changed at a later date, by you or anyone else.
Search Engine Optimization / Site Submittal
If you are a huge corporte entity, you probably know more about SEO than we do, and are not likely to hire us. If you are mere mortal, and just need your site to show up in the most common search engines, for search phrases you deem relavent to your business or organization, we can help.
This service at TwoRebels is in most cases, considered to be part of the job , when you hire us to design, or maintain your site.
Custom Content Management Systems
Our specialty! Creating an interface that you can log in to from your computer to update your site is our favorite thing to do. A system like this provides the ability to update your own site with a very shallow learning curve. Even a caveman could do it!
Things like the hours you keep, or places on your web site that change more frequently such as your daily special or product of the week can be updated in a matter of minutes by anyone with basic computer skills.
A Custom Content Management System will be more expensive than some of the other design options, but will save plenty of time and money in the long run. If you think you will be updating an area of your site frequently, and would rather not spend your time learning to manage a more complicated system, or pay someone else to do it, this is the way to go.
Open Source Content Management Systems
Open source content management systems are often the fastest way to get a site up and running. Examples of good platforms are Drupal, Joomla!, Wordpress, PhpBB, Coppermine and plenty more. Open source systems are free to install and use. The learning curve can be pretty steep for some of these systems, but if you are good at this sort of thing, or are willing to learn, most people can do it.
We've done this enough times to be efficient, and can do these installations for you. In addition to installing and configuring, we can point you in the right direction to begin learning how to administer your new system. If you wish, we can also administer your new system for you.
